We were approached by a skin care brand who had a site which was very basic and was very out dated and didn’t have much of the functionality you would expect from a modern website, it was generating no leads, didn’t have anyway to make a booking and was all intents and purposes just placeholder for the brand.
Not only was the site insufficient for what was needed, it was also a poor reflection on the brand as a whole.
The list of requirements for the site was quite long, but after discussions with the client we agreed on the essential things which would provide the best return on investment and to make life a lot easier for the owner in generating leads and new client opportunities.
The site was created to reflect the brand’s colours and the owner’s expertise in her field, it also incorporated a simple appointment system which operates through email, this had to work in tandem with a separate booking system operated by the company who own the premises and which the clients rents her clinic space from. It was not possible to fully integrate the main booking system as the budget didn’t allow, but instead to provide a simple uncomplicated booking system to complement the existing one in use.
We also built in some seo basics into the site which allowed for better performance in the search engines, as well as incorporating a email optin system to help build up an bigger email following. This was paired with a automated sequence of emails which sends value driven content to subscribers nurturing those users to book up for a test treatment.
